SATIB24 Crisis Call is a 24 hour emergency call service that manages guest related accidents and incidents.
Typical examples of emergency incidents are:
  • the sudden onset of potentially serious illness
  • an accident resulting in serious injury
  • an assault, rape, kidnap or other crime that threatens life or well being
  • exposure to blood, poisons or other hazardous materials
  • a fire or other natural disaster
The emergency call will be answered by a trained wilderness medical doctor who will access the situation and activate the appropriate action to be taken.
Note that this is a value-added service for which guests are

that the bearer holds *certificate/s of insurance issued by Safari & Tourism Insurance Brokers (SATIB) and certain Lloyd's of London Underwriters , which comply with the European Community Directive (90/314/EEC) and carries the following cover level:

TOUR INFORMATION & PRICES

Full day Kruger National Park Tour:
Your driver/guide will pick you up from your Hotel, B&B etc. at appx 0500.

Lunch is not included in the price. However, the tour will be stopping at one of the main rest camps where there are cafeteria facilities available.

Your driver/guide will drop you off at your Hotel, B&B etc. at appx 17:00.

Half day Kruger National Park Tour:
Your driver/guide will pick you up from your Hotel, B&B etc. at appx 05:00.

A stop for light refreshments at one of the main rest camps where there are cafeteria facilities will be included.

Your driver/guide will drop you off at your Hotel, B&B etc. at appx 12:00

Full Day / Half Day

1 Person Only - ZAR 1 400 / 1 200 per person
2 to 3 Passengers - ZAR 900 / 700 per person
4 to 6 Passengers - ZAR 800 / 600 per person
7 to 9 Passengers - ZAR 700 / 500 per person

Pick up from Nelspruit, KMIA (Nelspruit) Airport, White River, Hazyview, Malelane, Paul Kruger Gate, Phabeni Gate, Numbi Gate, Malelane Gate or Crocodile Bridge Gate.

Pick up locations must be arranged and confirmed with About Nature Tours prior to pick up date.

GROUP BOOKINGS & PRIVATE TOURS

About Nature Tours is available for group bookings of up to 10 individuals, or if you would prefer to have your own private guide for Photographic or Birding Tours.

OVERNIGHT TOURS (Prices available on request)

If you want more time being close to Nature, then why not consider an overnight stay in one of Kruger's rest camps.

We offer variety of accommodation styles.

Bungalow's are air-conditioned, with 2 bed's and private bathrooms.

Safari Tents(fixed tents), with 2 or 4 beds, a fan and communal bathrooms.

Standard Tents, are erected on arrival at camp, with 2 stretcher beds and communal bathrooms.

Pick up locations must be arranged and confirmed with About Nature Tours prior to pick up date.

Pick up is from Nelspruit, KMIA (Nelspruit) Airport, White River, Hazyview, Malelane, Paul Kruger Gate, Phabeni Gate, Numbi Gate, Malelane Gate or Crocodile Bridge Gate.
